Farm shop selling plants and regional products
Depending on the season, you will find ornamental and wild plants, home-grown culinary and wild herbs, and young vegetable plants. We offer herbs, vegetables, and wild perennials in certified organic quality (DE ÖKO-006). We also sell flower arrangements, plant pots, potting soil, and many regional products from local producers and the EVIM service kitchen at Schlockerhof, such as pasta from Unterliederbach and honey from Hattersheim. You will also find individually designed gift baskets, homemade jam, chutneys, eggs, canned sausage, and fresh vegetables in our farm shop.

Big Event Day 2026
For all gardening and plant lovers, young and old: On Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, our big event day will take place at the Schlockerhof nursery. We offer a very large selection of bedding and balcony plants, wild herbs, and wild perennials, with expert advice included. Top quality and lovingly hand-grown. Delicious samples, food, and drinks will be available. Special deals for kids! The Schlockerhof Bike Shop will be offering clearance sales at great prices. We look forward to welcoming many visitors! Gardening services
From the first spring bloomers such as primroses to our extensive summer range of bedding and balcony plants to poinsettias for the Advent season, we offer you top-quality plants that we have grown ourselves. Our ornamental plant gardeners lead a team of disabled employees in the greenhouses, who lovingly tend to the cultivation and care of the plants. Our coordinator Stefanie Korte is the contact person for suppliers, the farm shop, and the nursery.
Life needs remembrance. Let flowering plants speak for you. Under the guidance of our expert Stefanie Korte, our cemetery group tends to the graves of your loved ones. We offer our maintenance services primarily at the neighboring Hattersheim cemetery. In addition to grave maintenance, our cemetery gardeners provide watering services, initial planting after burials, as well as planning, design, and implementation of new plantings.
Beautiful gardens and parks need care. We are happy to take care of that! Our team maintains larger gardens, company grounds, and playgrounds in the surrounding area. Our services include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and leaf removal. In addition to traditional landscaping work, we also offer planting services for gardens.
Since 2016, we have been growing beautiful, insect-friendly native wild perennials at Schlockerhof. In doing so, we are supporting biodiversity in the region and are the first wild plant nursery in the Rhine-Main area to do so, in addition to growing other culinary and wild herbs as potted plants or cut flowers. The range is complemented by a selection of vegetable seedlings. The contact persons for herbs and wild perennials are agricultural scientist Dr. Irmela Harz and graduate engineer Heike Fischer.

Die Gärtnerei ist ein Angebot des Schlockerhofes. Über 30 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit körperlichen und/oder geistigen Beeinträchtigungen werden von pädagogisch geschulten Fachkräften angeleitet und betreut.
The Schlockerhof offers qualified paid employment to 450 people with mental or physical disabilities. For those who, due to their disability, are not or not yet able to take up employment in the workplace, we offer our own day care center under our roof. In addition, we prepare interested employees for the primary labor market through internal vocational training and external internships. In this way, Schlockerhof also serves as a springboard for a professional future in other companies in the region.
